Mayor Bloomberg declared May 28 as the Burberry Day in the NYC commemorating the opening of the British luxury brand’s new American HQ on 444 Madison Avenue. Bloomberg said ““By placing its new headquarters for the Americas in midtown Manhattan and opening new stores here, Burberry is investing in the future of New York City, a worldwide hub for retail and fashion.”

Christopher Bailey’s collection for Spring/ Summer 2009 has been dubbed among the best collections for the season and is personally my favourite look of the season. Burberry summer sale has started in a few countries around the world. Be prepared!
