I have recently been promoted and would like to reward myself with a nice designer bag. My budget is not more than SGD3000. I prefer something made of leather than other materials such as canvas and I do not like trendy bags, preferring something more conservative. Would you be able to recommend something worth investing in?

Since you are looking for something classic and rather conservative,  consider this Prada Cervo satchel. My mother has one of the exact same shape but made of the Jacquard fabric and deer leather combo which she has received many compliments for. The price sits well within your budget at around USD1,695 too.

Other than this, do consider classic Marc Jacobs Stam and Chloe Paraty too.
