Alexander McQueen Faithful De-Manta leather tote

All we need sometimes is a little faith in life and then suddenly everything will turn out fine. The demise of the dearest Alexander McQueen is a permanent loss to the fashion world but the house seems to be going on fine without the head of Creatives. This nude full leather tote bag is one of the hottest bags I have seen recently. It has all the fineness, at the same time the bad-ass look of anything McQueen. If you are in the market for a big bag with attitude, this is worth buying. Available now at net-a-porter.com for USD1,165.

Farewell Alexander The Great

Alexander McQueen passed away on the 11th February 2010. Gucci Group has not commented on the fate and future of the design house without the designer who is also the founder. He will certainly be missed. Everything McQueen designer has been flying off the shelves now so while still available, try to get yourself a piece of the original McQueen. The glove clutch is a perfect classic piece with enough dose of badness the brand is known for. Available at Alexander McQueen stores physical or online for USD875.

Alexander McQueen Leather Shoulder Bag

Unlike my sis, i like unstructured leather bags that slouch and since my rocker thingy is still not over, this bag appeals to me like honey to the bee. The only thing is that this bag is not big enough to be a man bag. Anyhow, this will go perfectly with a pair of over-the-knee leather boots which is like the new ankle boots. Too bad for you who live in Singapore and its neighborhood. There is no way the over-the-knee boots will be popular here. You could still get the bag from Saks (now ships directly to Singapore too) for USD1,695. Just for your viewing pleasure, the over-the-knee boot is from Juicy Couture, also available at Saks for USD500.
