Tired of that Vuitton Monogram Canvas Keepall 50? Get this baby. I LIKE!!! Pre-order from Gucci for USD1,790. Classic with vintage touch and a big dose of style.

This might be the best value-for-money and versatile bag from Gucci Resort 2010 I have seen so far. Love the simple design and beautiful color (also comes in white). The size is good too at around 35cm x 15cm x 40cm, big enough to fit those work-to-play stuff as a daily bag. Pre-order from Gucci for USD1,590.

I have to admit that Gucci’s crocodile skins, together with Hermes’ are among the best in the world. When you have the perfect skin and perfect coloring and treatment to the piece of leather, the bag design is best left as simple as possible. This is like THE bag of the Gucci Resort 2010 bag collection despite its mundane design and styling. What could beat the perfect and even scales? The damage? Only USD29,900. The tote is also available in white leather at only a small fraction of the price (USD1,390). They are the same, you say?

Gucci Resort 2010 collection is on the US online store for pre-order and there are quite a number of pieces I actually like so we might be featuring more Guccis again. First up is a new variation for the New Jackie, which I am still heavily infatuated with. The Resort version comes in multicolor natural GG straw. I will say this is definitely seasonal rather than a classic Gucci which means expensive but it is certainly nice carrying this around during your resort trip to Bali, Venice or St Tropez. Pre-order from Gucci for USD2,995.

Prada Resort 2010 is truly like a vacation, a break from everything “work” and all about casual, nice and fun. The collection is colorful in pastels and prints and the arm candies are simple and irresistible too, especially those bags in Ostrich. If Prada were any indication, shoes will not take back stage either and like i have said time and time again, they are indeed the new IT bags.
