Kate Moss for Longchamp Sohoclutch

After 9 seasons of being the face for the French house, Kate Moss finally launched the first collection of which she designed. Like in the case of Kate Moss for Topshop, the collaboration will be an ongoing one, instead of just a capsule collection. The collection, without doubt, took reference from the Supermodel’s unparalleled personal off-runway style and this Sohoclutch in Zebra print is my favorite piece of the collection. The clutch is made in France of leather with synthetic hair layering, available in UK for GBP450 and around SGD1,600 in Singapore. One should stop shopping in Singapore nowadays but still, a very nice piece of work this bag is.

Longchamp Custom Bags – Le Cabas

In the world of luxury bags today, the next step to go beyond buying off-the-rack is personalizing. While the ultimate goal is to get a bag bespoken from scratch just for you to fit your needs and wants, apparently it is not accessible to anyone just yet. Hermes’ charge starts from USD11,000 in 2007 (might be more expensive now) for a bespoke bag and one famous client is Cameron Silver, the owner of Decade.

Anyway, for those like me who still needs to work for a living, your very own initials on your bag is a good start. Louis Vuitton has offered the Mon Monogram service since last year and Goyard has a similar service too. Another French house who offers this service now is Longchamp and it takes it to another level for its Le Cabas bag. Instead of painted or stamped on, your initials will be perforated onto the body of the leather bag, making it uniquely yours, You get to choose the size and colors for both the body and lining of the bag too prior and all that for only USD480. I say it is definitely worth it.

Longchamp Gatsby Bag

Until recently, the only Longchamp bag we could instantly associated with was only the Le Pliage but flip through any fashion or gossip magazine now and you will likely see at least one of Longchamp Gatsby variations toted by a celeb or supermodel. Time to get yourself one too, don’t you think? Unlike most  other design houses, this IT bag is mostly priced with a three-digit tag. The classic Gatsby start from USD890.
