I bet Michael Kors did not expect his Hamilton tote to be a huge success when he first designed it. After all, the bag Heavily references the most iconic Hermes Birkin. Many have tried to come up with Birkin look-alike bags but only Mulberry had had a success with its Bayswater and now it seems like the Hamilton has too. The large size, measuring 45cm x 36cm x 17cm (that is 18″ x 14″ x 7″) is a perfect getaway bag. It is big enough to fit many stuff and has a shoulder strap to go. Priced at GBP330 on net-a-porter.com, I think Michael should milk this and come up with a whole range of travel leather goods based on this.

Take the Gia as Michael Kors’ answer to Marc Jacobs’ Stam or Ralph Lauren’s Ricky. While still priced modestly, Gia has generated enough buzz and loves to qualify as Michael Kors’ staple bag. We have seen many versions of this bag for the past few seasons but I have come across nothing as stunning as this version so far. Yes, it is the color and ostrich emboss that might have drawn you in to begin with but the beautiful burgundy leather lining is a pleasant surprise and something you rarely see on a USD895 bag anymore nowadays.

A little print is necessary on one’s wardrobe. Dee just got a pair of leopard print satin pumps to add some wildness into an otherwise, rather plain wardrobe and this Michael by Michael Kors bag is such as nice addition to one’s wardrobe too. I have recently admired from near a bespoke Hermes Birkin with leopard skin on it but that would have cost arms and legs for self-made people. This baby costs just around SGD250.

I am not a big fan of patchworks and studs are so in now they are almost out but this satchel from MICHAEL Michael Kors are somehow impossibly beautiful and more stylish rather than trendy. I think the Astor would still be easy on most eyes even after the studs craze is over. MICHAEL Michael Kors is like the Marc by Marc Jacobs to Marc Jacobs and naturally the price is good. At USD448, all I will say is it is HOT. Available at Nordstrom, which is on FIRE!!!!
